Sharkseal is a single-part neutral cure adhesive sealant based on Allbase’s hybrid polymer technology. It’s solvent and isocyanate-free and bonds to virtually any roofing material either dry, wet or underwater.

Due to the product’s hybrid polyurethane formulation, it can be applied in wet or dry conditions, even under water which makes it super easy to seal leaks and seams. The product can also withstand ultraviolet and solar degradation, which provides protection and maintains a high-quality finish.

Solvents used in traditional sealants will often evaporate, causing the area to shrink and fail. Sharkseal doesn’t contain any solvents and will not shrink or crack making it the perfect repair system.

Sharkseal can be applied to materials such as felt, asphalt, asbestos bituminous roof coatings, concrete, wood, metal, brickwork, slate and rigid PVC.

Joint surfaces must be clean and free from loose material, moss should be removed using a wire brush. Brush away all loose debris.

Remove the nozzle, cut off the cartridge seal and re-attach it to the cartridge. Extrude Sharkseal liberally over the area, any excess can be cleaned up with turps or white spirit before the product cures.
